If you guys lost your data over a crash or or freeze then I'm not referring to you, just using your post as an example but....
Since at least WWE 12, anytime DLC is added to the game, on the subsequent start-up the game always tells you your old saved file has been updated to continue press YES. Otherwise you will lose everything.
And other then the one time i accidentally pressed no and me receiving the universe Mode glitch this year where the game Crashed every time I loaded up universe mode so I had to start over.
It just boggles my mind that many people are so impatient or just don't care to read.

You can switch the submission system to button mashing. Other than that you will need 50000 hours to learn the timing to break out of a pin
